business, money, the Internet, your job . . . and you and/or your company's

Selling
Tumbleweeds Over the Internet
The naysayers were wrong back then and they’re
wrong now. The facts and figures prove it. While it’s true that the late
90’s had more than their share of overblown stock values from hyped companies
selling nothing more than silly schemes, hot air, and phony promises; the real
Internet—the no-headlines, not talked about, money-making one few people know
little if anything about—was then and continues
today to quietly take many, many 1,000's of
people to financial freedom and lifestyle independence, . . . on their way to early,
very comfortable retirements . . . while lifting companies and businesses of all
sizes to new and exciting levels of sales, revenues, and profits.
See for yourself:
For the fourth quarter of last year, eMarketer, a
source for research, data, and analysis on e-business, anticipated a 27.4%
year-over-year jump in online sales to more than $22,300,000,000. Yes, that’s
22.3 BILLION dollars spent on the Internet in just one 90 day time period; and,
this huge number doesn’t even include the many billions more spent on travel
and auction transactions . . .
EBay is now facilitating almost 40 billion dollars a
year in goods . . . with over 40,000,000 currently active product and service
listings . . . more than 75 million registered users . . . and 1,000’s of eBay Store/Power Sellers who are quietly generating $100,000-$500,000+/yr in
business, sales, and profits each year; year after year after year . . .
A membership survey eBay recently completed revealed that over 350,000 of its US-based sellers earn a significant percentage or ALL of their income from selling on eBay . . .
Forrester Research, an independent technology
research company, projects online sales will reach $316 Billion by 2010, or a
whopping 12% of all retail sales . . . and that most shopping categories will
post compound annual growth of a startling 10-20% each . . .
Research by Ipsos-Insight on behalf of PayPal, the
online payment division of eBay, found that 72% of companies doing business
online cited higher sales as a positive outcome of their decision to launch a
website . . .
Yahoo and Microsoft host over 25,000 online stores
and company web sites each . . .
Goldman Sachs predicts that online advertising could reach $12.3 billion this year.
Over 250,000 U.S. businesses are on the Internet with
just the top five website hosting companies . . .
New research shows that 70% of US adults now use the Internet as an information source when shopping locally for products and services--up from 60% in October 2003. These figures put the Internet on par with newspapers as a local shopping resource, and suggest that the Internet is on track to surpass newspapers as a consumer influencer in the very near future. Source: Kelsey Group and ConStat
Analysts reveal that e-commerce web sites have
in just a few short years managed to grab the same share of retail sales that
took catalog companies nearly 100 years to achieve . . .
Record Internet sales and profits year after year
from companies of all sizes selling and providing virtually every product and
service there is including Amazon, eBay, Yahoo and Google . . . and many
1,000’s of high-profit smaller companies you’ve never heard of who are as
you read this quietly “flying under the radar” . . . even including a successful small,
home-based mother-daughter business selling tumbleweeds . . . yes, you
read that correctly . . . because the web now reaches upwards of a billion people the
world over, you can even make great money selling tumbleweeds via the Internet!
Fact is, the Internet is alive, well--and booming--for those who
know what to do and how to do it. And with 10’s of millions of new people
getting online each and every year (on top of the 1,000,000,000+ who already are),
the Internet’s future, too, has never looked brighter than it does today.
Meaning that there’s plenty of room for anyone who wants to create their own
Internet success story—including you.
The first step to join them? As you’re about to
discover, it’s making darn sure you start out with (or immediately change over
to if you're already in business) the strong, bedrock
foundation of a powerful and compelling, business-building, profit-generating and Memorable
DotCom (.com) Domain/Internet address which matches up well with whatever
product/s and/or service/s you currently (or would like in the future) to
provide:
Profit
Language of the World Wide Web
To understand why excellent Internet/Web addresses
like Loans.com, (also known as
“Domains” or “Uniform Resource Locators,” or simply “URLs”) would
sell for so much money—and why you should care that they do--you first
need to understand human nature, especially as it relates to conducting business
on the Internet . . .
. . . starting with understanding that there are four primary ways for the
sellers of products and services to attract customers to their websites:
#1: Run traditional ads in newspapers, magazines, trade publications, TV, radio, on the Internet; and direct mail.
#2: Make use of the search advertising (paid search) systems of companies like Google and Yahoo, MSN, Ask, and others.
#3: Use what's called affiliate marketing.
#4: Select and use powerful, relevant, easy-to-remember, profit-generating .com (DotCom) Internet web addresses for your business, company, company division, product/s and/or service/s.
Option #1; done right as I’ll explain below, can be
an excellent way to help build and grow a business. Their drawback is the need to
continuously spend money in
order to drive customers to your site.
Option #2 is effective once you gain an
understanding of how such complex and esoteric pay-per-click (PPC) systems work; as you
ideally need to place bids on
10's to 1000's of words and phrases applicable to what you’re selling; often including common
misspellings. It can be very time consuming and, as with
traditional advertising, can quickly become expensive; often running in the
$100’s to many $1,000’s of dollars each and every month, for as long as you
own your business. If you know what you’re doing and have the time to do it
(or can afford to outsource it to others) however, paid search is also an
excellent way to help build and grow a business.
Important Note: An exciting new and far simpler "Paid Match" PPC permission-based ad-matching system which anonymously yet exactly pinpoint targets people and businesses' actual wants, needs, and demographic & psychographic traits and characteristics (keytraits) should be available soon. In addition to being much easier to use and understand than paid search systems; it will also be far more accurate and precise. Make a note of patent-pending Match Engine Marketing™ (MEM)/Paid Match and keep an eye out for it; and I'll also let you know here at GetRichSlowly.com when it's officially available. Like nothing else that's come before; just wait until you see how it works and what it can do for you and your company/ practice. You're going to love it no matter what kind of business you have or profession you're in. Online, offline, or both.
Option #3, similar to the use of referral fees or commissions; is the payment of a certain portion of the value of each product and/or service you sell when that sale comes about as a result of the buyer being sent to your website from another's website. A good way to generate business when you have the profit margins to support it; it's drawbacks include 25-50+% affiliate fees, the need for accurate affiliates tracking and record keeping (some companies have 100's to 1,000's of affiliates), and possible negative impact on your brand.
Option #4 has the twin benefits of using the
already-existing power of human nature and human memory plus—unlike with options 1, 2,
and 3—NO continuing costs, fees, or percentages after the initial
(business-use tax-deductible) investment to purchase your Memorable
Domain/s. This means that, other than the tiny yearly renewal amount of
$10-$30/Domain to whatever Domain registrar you're using, you
pay nothing more—EVER—for your Domain/s.
The power of human nature and memory? THIS explains
why smart, leading national and international companies of all sizes and
revenues have invested and continue to invest $500,000 to $3,000,000 and more for Internet
.com addresses.
These are the Memorable Domains upon which they’ve built exciting new brands, profitable
businesses, and breakout divisions; and used to effectively attract and drive
huge numbers of
both new and repeat visitors and customers to their web sites and stores,
offices, products, and services. AND (here’s the key)—because these Domains are so very
easy to remember, they act as industrial strength “income magnets” by easily drawing
visitors and new and repeat customers to their web sites OVER and OVER and OVER again . .
. forever.
That is what you and/or your company/business should want, too; and frankly, what
you need; if you expect to successfully build a new business, grow an existing
business, name or rename a new product, service, or company, or make a buy
now/sell later Domain investment. Advertising for new customers is expensive, no
matter how you choose to do it.
Once you’ve spent the money to get a new customer,
you sure want to see them again. And again. And again. Yet, no matter how good
your transaction went with them the first time, if they can’t remember who you
are or what your web address was, how will they ever find you again? Just as
important, how can they refer others to you and your website? The answer is, of
course, that they can’t. Unless they again see whatever ad that drew
them to your site the first time [don't hold your breath], they—and all their many potential
referrals—are lost forever.
Repeat customers and referrals are the
lifeblood of successful businesses. If you can’t get people coming back to you
over and over again—along with their many friends, family, and co-workers, the
chances are excellent that your business will never provide you with more than a
subsistence income, if even that. All the great companies—online and
off—have heavy repeat and referral business. If you expect to build real
wealth with the time to enjoy it, you must have repeat and referral business.
That’s what a Memorable Domain name does for
you—24 hours a day (even as you’re sleeping), 7 days a week, all year long,
year after year after year. For as long as you want to keep your business.
Relying on our own human nature and memory to almost magnetically draw us back
over and over again to companies and businesses who’ve made wise one-time
investments in relevant, hard-to-forget, business-building and profit generating
Memorable Domain names.
Today, a powerful Domain name/Internet address is the
foundation of a successful business or company division—especially for businesses based entirely
or in large part on the Internet or which use (or want to use!) the Internet to
(also) drive business to an offline (often referred to a “bricks an’
mortar”) company/business or professional practice.
Advertising Secret I:
If and when
you use offline and/or online advertising to drive customers to your
website, because you’re using a Memorable Domain, due to their inherent
superior effectiveness, you’ll actually match or exceed the response you’d
have received if you’d paid for larger, more expensive ads using forgettable
junk domains. This allows you to minimize how much you spend for advertising,
whether you decide to use newspapers, magazines; even radio. This is so because
a Memorable Domain telegraphs the product/s and/or service/s you are offering
and the benefits they provide to the reader/listener.
Take my Memorable GetRichSlowly.com Domain,
which you can see in the affordable classified
sections of business magazines like Entrepreneur and INC. This is the small,
simple, affordable--yet very powerful--ad I’m running (I include my phone
number as another contact path; since these magazines allow up to 10 words for
the same price):
Call 805-495-5025 or visit:
GetRichSlowly.com
This is what’s called a lead-generating ad;
designed to drive people to the website you’re reading now. Since what I’m
providing are honest, sensible ways to build wealth and get rich over time, I need say nothing
else. They’ll get the information they want, and learn what they need to know,
in order to make an informed decision once they get here and read what you’re
now reading.
Now, if I preferred, I could also include in the ad
something like, “Own Your Own Internet Business,” or “Make Money on the
Internet,” but I don’t really need to. Fact is, since no one’s going to
buy whatever it is you or I decide to sell/provide on or with the help of the
Internet from smaller ads like these, you use such affordable advertising to
instead drive them to your website, where they can quickly and easily find out
more (and without having to worry about talking to a high-pressure salesman
[which most people hate to do anyway]; or waiting for someone to mail them back
further information).
How many people would visit my website if the ad
said, “300DomainNames.com” or “Steves-URLs.net”? And if they decide to
visit at a later date but misplaced or threw away the magazine or newspaper the
ad was in; how many will remember what my Internet address was? And what if I
decide to run Internet, radio, or TV ads, how many will remember these junk
domain addresses long enough to find me on the Internet?
I won't waste my time and money finding
out. You shouldn’t either.
Advertising Secret II: One of the best ways to use these powerfully-effective DotComs is with the problem/solution approach and method. What you do is this: When you come to the Memorable Domains below which catch your interest, stop for a moment and decide what problem/ need/ interest/ desire it/they are directed to and which they address/ solve/ provide. Now, write that problem/ need/ interest/ desire in the form of a small, 1-5 word question (you'll find examples in some of the Domain descriptions). Then, simply just list the Memorable Domain, or say, "(Then) Visit [your Domain]". If you do business by phone, you'll also want to include your phone number; maybe with a special phone number they can call where they get to listen to a non-threatening free recorded message which explains more about what you're providing and why they should care; you, your company, your products and/or services, etc [informative, non-threatening free recorded messages are very potent business-drivers]. The ads will be no larger than a classified ad; or you may use a one inch by one column display ad. That's it. And don't let any ad salesmen talk you into paying more for larger ads; it's wasted money. You don't want bigger ads; you want more ads in more places more often.
Because such ads are so small, their costs are also very low. This allows you to reach far more people/ marketplaces because you're able to place such ads in a much larger number of media. Here's some examples of opening 1-5 word questions/ sentences: Overweight? . . . Out of Work? . . . Feel Ugly? . . . Bad Teeth? . . . Relationship Problems? . . . In Pain? . . . Skin Problems? . . . Accident? . . . Need (More) Money? . . . Need Help? . . . Can't Sleep? . . . Unhealthy? . . . Need a Job? . . . Out of Shape? . . . Kid Problems? . . . Foreclosure? . . . Teen Problems? . . . Profits Gone? . . . Hair Loss? . . . Hate Taxes? . . . Tired of 3% Returns? . . . Pregnant? . . . Business in Trouble? . . . Tax Problems? . . . Fired? . . . Downsized? . . . Need Higher Profits? . . . Need More Sales? . . . Tired of Renting? . . . Own a Business? . . . Want to Own a Business? . . . Need a Car? . . . Bills Piling Up? . . . Behind in Payments? . . . Foot Pain? . . . Need a [Doctor]? [or Plumber, Electrician, Realtor, Lawyer, etc] . . . Backache? . . . Want a Spouse? . . . Got Mold? . . . Problems? . . . Been Hurt? . . . Legal Problems? . . . Been Sued? . . . Got [Arthritis]? [or any other medical/ health condition/ problem] . . . Broken Heart? . . . Looking for a Home? . . . Want/Need to Sell Your Home? . . . Got Bugs? . . . Need a Loan? . . . As well as this "Love Something" approach: Love Books? . . . Love Birds? . . . Love Music? . . .
If you're still having any trouble coming up with an ad like this for the Internet address/es you're considering, just drop me an e-mail and I'll help you with it. It's easy once you've done it a few times.
DotAnythingElse/Junk
Domain Failure Danger
This from
Entrepreneur Magazine:
"Get
the .com Extension"
"This is the number one mistake I encounter when dealing with naming disasters. In a hurry to go to market, eager entrepreneurs decide to take the available .net or a hyphenated version of their name. You'll likely regret this decision as future customers default to the .com address. You may even find your e-mails going to the .com domain address, which is even more frightening if the .com version is a competitor. This can be a costly mistake in terms of customer confusion, and you'll spend valuable time explaining the .net or hyphen to each new client you encounter. Be patient and get a name that's unique, distinguishable and memorable -- and one that's a .com"
Do you want to settle for crippled income or
deal with a failed business, division, or product/service initiative? Then don’t
even think about using .net, .org, .us, .biz, .info, .mobi, .ca, .cc, .eu, .co.uk., or any other URL
extension for your Internet address--no matter which country/ies or region's you
operate in or from. Here’s why: First, most of the
public—your potential customers—are just not familiar with these “DotAnythingElses.”
Second, because all the press and media coverage of the Internet has always been
and will always be about companies utilizing .com (MSN.com, Google.com,
Yahoo.com, Amazon.com, eBay.com, AOL.com, ESPN.com, etc) few even consider
putting anything but .com (often referred to as “DotCom”) after the name of
the products, services, and companies they’re looking for . . . which results
in the painful third reason:
Because
these other extensions are so little known, used, or accepted, those who
mistakenly do use them actually drive their own customers to whoever
does own the premier .com version of their Internet address--often their savvy competition. Because people
easily forget what extension a
web site was located at if it wasn't a .com; or they just logically assume
it’s a .com since that’s what all the companies they’re familiar with use
and all the media ever talks about; they naturally put ".com" into the company
or product/ service/ website's name (if they can even remember it!) when trying to go to these unfortunate sites.
OUCH!
if that’s you, your company, or your company division!
Simply
put, choose any extension for your home on the Internet besides a .com, and any
and all advertising and marketing you ever do will drive much of the traffic you’ve
paid to generate to whoever has the .com version of your junk domain. And
they'll take many to most all of your referrals, too. Over and
over and over again. Day after day. Week after week. Month after month. Until, probably, your
own advertising actually drives you right out of business.
#1
rule for doing business on the Internet? Don’t confuse your customers,
potential customers, and their referrals about
how and where to find you. Instead, make it easy for them to find and
remember where you are. Make it very, very, very easy.
As
has been long understood, accepted, and proven in its field:
What’s the three most important factors in the value of all real estate?
Location!
Location! Location!
And as is now understood, accepted, and proven in its field:
What’s the three most important factors in the value of all Internet businesses/addresses?
Memorable
.Com! Memorable .Com! Memorable .Com!
Yes,
it’s true you will find a shockingly large number of operating Internet
businesses using odd, non- or little-relevant, non-intuitive, easily-forgotten
(and business-killing) Domain names; even some with one or more of the dreaded
hyphens (see below). These companies are, frankly, operating in spite of
their poor Domain choice/s. They aren’t even aware of the huge amount of
repeat and referral business they’re missing out on. Company name and web
addresses like JimsBestTires.net or Janes-Arts-and-Crafts.info are simply
ineffective at driving repeat and referral customers.
With the 100's to 1,000's of advertisements we’re all exposed to every day from TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, billboards, the Internet, etc., how are we expected to remember web addresses like these? Though they’ll never know it (unless they read what you’re now reading), with a Memorable DotCom Domain, they’d be generating 2-5 times the business they’re currently doing.
In actual numbers, this means that a small Internet business generating $1,000 a month in sales/revenue/profits with a junk domain could soon be bringing in $2,000-$5,000 a month with a Memorable .com. A medium-sized business at $5,000/month could be at $10,000-$25,000/month. A $50,000/month business, $100,000-$250,000/month.
Enterprise-level companies currently at $500,000-$5,000,000+/month could multiply that in a relatively short time period to $1,000,000-$25,000,000 or more per month with a Memorable .com automatically working for them . . .
Simply
put, these junk-domain users don’t know what they
don’t know. They think they're doing great, when they could be doing so
much better. They don't know how high high is. They’re marketing and financially crippled without
even being aware of it. And it’s costing them dearly.
The saddest part is, because it’s business they’re not getting, they’ll probably never realize how many more multiples of revenue and profit they’d be enjoying from the up to 100’s to 1,000’s of additional customers/month or per year [actual additional customer counts dependent of course on the price point/s of the product/s and/or service/s being provided] a Memorable Domain would automatically bring them year after year after year.
Would Bank of America have
invested the $2,500,000 they paid for Loans.com . . . for loans.net or loans.org?
Or for silly Domains like JimandJanesLoans.com/.net./biz, BestLoans.com/.info/.cc,
Quick-Easy-Loans.com/.org./.us? You know
the answer now.
You
don’t want to make the same terrible mistake all these financially-crippled
Internet business owners who are using ineffective, junk domains are making.
In
fact, look at the Domain I’m using for my (this) Memorable Domains Internet
business: GetRichSlowly.com. Isn’t that a memorable web address
you’ll easily remember? A name you’ll be able to recall if and when someone
you know says they’re also thinking about starting their own Internet
business? What if I had used 300WebAddresses.net or Steves-URLs.org or
BestDomainsEver.biz, instead? How long would you remember any of those? More
than 5 minutes? [I can’t even remember them when I’m not reading this; and
I’m the guy who thought the dumb things up!]
Would
Microsoft, Sears, Amazon, Yahoo, Google, Ford, AOL, and virtually every other on
and offline company EVER dare settle for and use ANYTHING for their Internet
address besides .com? If they don’t, should you?
Look
at this way. Where do you find McDonald’s, Taco Bells, Burger Kings, and other
companies which rely so heavily on lots of new and repeat customers (like you
will). That’s right—in high traffic, high visibility locations. If they
weren’t, though it’d be much, much cheaper to be located somewhere else; because
no one could find them, they’d be out of business—and fast. On
the Internet, .com is the only high traffic, high visibility address
there is. Without it, your business will never be what it should or could be. Don’t
settle for less. Nothing else will do.
No
junk physical locations for them. No junk domains (which are Internet
locations)
for you.
Same
thing for hyphens in Internet addresses. We don’t think in hyphens when
spelling, do we? Do we use them when we’re conducting searches at companies
like Google, Yahoo, or MSN? It’s just not natural. Using hyphens goes directly
against our own human nature, which, as you already know from our discussion
above about always using .com, is a big mistake; especially in business. With
Internet businesses, it’s critical.
Can
you name any big, successful companies which use them for their Internet
addresses (if there are, it’s because they don’t know what you now
know—that, or they’re too big to care)? Again, if they don’t, should you?
Look again at my Internet address for this Domain Division of my realty company.
As you can see, I follow my own advice. Am I using Get-Rich-Slowly.com? Not
a chance. I know that few if any customers (or their referrals) would
ever find me (or find me again) on the Internet if I did. Plus, I’d be driving
free business to whoever had the no-hyphen version (thankfully, that’s me!).
If your Internet address isn’t a .com (and a memorable
one with no hyphens) nothing else you do even matters.
Did
you know that there are companies that do nothing but come up with Memorable new
company, Internet address, product, and service names for other companies? Did
you also know that, depending on the specific job they’re doing and who
they’re doing it for, they earn, on average, anywhere from $25,000-$250,000 or
more for each new name they do come up with? Why would companies pay so much for this
service? Are they just plain stupid or crazy? No, they’re not. They're
actually very, very wise to do so . . . because they understand how important the right name for each new
product, service, Internet address, and company (or company division) is to its success in the
competitive marketplace. They know that it’s money well spent—money in the
bank. This naming consideration is no less important to you than it is to them
if you want to be successful, too.
The good news is, though, that you won’t have to pay anyone anything to come up with a great, memorable name for your new or existing company, product, service, division, or Internet address. As you'll quickly realize as you review them below, I've already done it for you at no additional cost. Because our 100’s of Domains are already so memorable for all such uses, you actually pay nothing for what so many others pay so much for.
In effect, these
Memorable Domains provide you with this highly-desired; normally very, very
expensive, and memorable marketplace
name-power for free.
Isn’t
that great?!
Are
you thinking about getting into your own business with a
franchise? What if you could make the same or more money every month; yet do it
quicker, easier, and without a big $15,000-$100,000+ franchise fee? Without the
continuing monthly franchise fees and/or percentages of your sales and/or
profits? Without all the franchise rules and regulations that lock you up and
tie you down? Without people telling you what to do and how to do it (including
possibly the terms and conditions of sale if you ever want to sell out)?
What if you could have your own successful business
with few/er, if any, employees (skipping or reducing the all-to-common headaches and problems
which can result)? Without the 60, 70, even 80+ hour life-sapping,
family-killing workweeks many franchise owners find themselves putting in? Without having
to buy or lease a building or office space? And without putting your finances,
home, and family at risk should the franchise fail? [Over 1,000,000 bankruptcies
each and every year in the U.S. alone; often caused by the failure of cash-heavy
“bricks an’ mortar” (non-Internet) businesses. Though the companies
that sell them don’t want to talk about it, franchised businesses fail and go
“belly up” all the time.]
The fact is, very few franchise owners make the kind
of substantial money most people think they do. Owning a franchise has never
guaranteed success; at least not the kind of true big cash-flow success that’s
able to build a $1,000,000--$5,000,000+ net worth while the business owner still
has the time and good health to enjoy it. But—done right including the use of
a Memorable DotCom web address--an Internet business can. Wouldn’t you
really rather make and keep your business, 100%
your business? Today. Tomorrow. And if and when you ever
decide to cash out?
But it’s even better than that. With the Internet, if you wish, you can start your new business while you stay at your current job until you can afford to leave it. Or keep your current job and have a part-time Internet business on the side. Even enjoy two or more different (or related) Internet businesses. Work from home if you wish. On the World Wide Web, it’s always your choice.
Try doing
any of this with a franchise or other traditional business.
The
last critically important consideration in choosing a Domain is this: If and
when the day comes that you decide to cash out by selling your Internet business
and/or Domain, what kind of web address will your potential buyers want to see;
in order for them to be willing to pay you top dollar for your company/
Domain? One like Quick-Easy-Loans.com, or Loans.com?
ProductsOnTelevision.net, or AsSeeOnTV.com?
Steves-URLs.biz, or GetRichSlowly.com?
If a small Internet business would otherwise sell for $50,000, a Memorable Domain can boost its value to $100,000+. A mid-value one worth $250,000+ could sell for $500,000+. A high-value business worth $750,000; no less than a cool $1,500,000.
A $1,000,000-$100,000,000 value enterprise-level company or division? Expect up to $2,000,000-$150,000,000 or more.
Think the buyer of your
company/business or company division wants to be stuck later trying to
resell Quick-Easy-Loans.com or HousesWithNoRealtors.net to someone else?
How much is anyone else going to pay them for such a forgettable,
foolishly named company? How will they make their profit?
Knowing
what you know now, how much would you pay for such a
junk-domain-named/Internet located an/or supported company?
Anything?
What
if you're satisfied with the product, service, and/or company/division name you already
have (but are you sure?); but still want to take advantage of the great amount of additional
clients/customers/patients; lower-cost yet more effective advertising, and additional
income and profits
one or more of these Memorable DotCom Domains can provide? Is there anything you
can do to put one or more of them to work for you? To receive their many
benefits?
Actually,
there is. And it’s one of the easiest yet most little-known secrets of the
Internet. It’s called URL-Forwarding (also known as Domain-Name Forwarding or
Redirecting).
It
works by simply changing a couple of the Internet address settings each domain
comes with; where you electronically “instruct” (or direct) one Domain to
“forward” any visitors to that Domain to another Domain of your choosing;
to, say, an Internet address you’re already using.
In
fact, if you’ve been on the Internet any length of time, you’ve probably
already seen it in action any number of times (though you probably didn’t know
what was going on at the time). Have you ever put in one certain .com Internet
address in your browser, expecting to go to a web site with that Internet
address, and watched as the name of the website you’re visiting changes as
your computer is connecting to the site? If so, what you’re witnessing is
called URL-Forwarding. That’s all.
And
don’t worry if you don’t know how to do it (few do—including me!). Either
your registrar for that particular Internet address or whoever you have host
your new or existing web site/business will be glad to get you all set up with
it.
Build, Launch (or Invest), Profit Now. Pay Later.
I want you, your company, your company division to be successful. To make big money just as fast as possible. I really do. What I don’t want is for a limited budget to prevent you from getting started now. And be able to do so with the Memorable Domain/s you really want. So here’s what I’ve come up with to help you and my other clients, if you’d like to take advantage of it. It’s our Easy Investment Plan; available exclusively on Memorable Domains sold for between $10,000 and $250,000.
Select up to three $10,000--$250,000 Domains you’d like to
get started with, put up just a third of the investment/ purchase price
now for each; another one-third not for another six months from now, with
the final one-third not due for a long 12 months—a full year—from
now. There’s no corporate or personal credit check, interest charges, fees, costs or expenses of any kind. You
pay only the price you’ve agreed to pay. The only difference between this plan
and making your .com investment/s all at once is that you or your company are able to take up
to a full year to complete your investment purchase.
And if you ever change your mind about wanting to
keep your Domain/s anytime during this year—for any reason or for no reason at
all--just let us know and we’ll promptly send you all your money back (less
the tiny $25-$35/Domain registrar-charged transfer fee to transfer it/them back
to us). As you can see, you risk nothing.
Upon bank clearance of your initial one-third investment; if you will be using your
Domain(s) for a web site; we will promptly
direct your new Domain/s to whatever company you are using to host your new or
existing website/business so they can get your web site up and operating right
away. Upon the receipt and clearance of the final third a long year
from now to complete your investment, your Domain/s will be formally and
promptly transferred to you. We’ll even pay for the transfer fee.
What could be fairer, or easier, than that?
Great
Names. Great Opportunities.
Do you have—or would you like to come up with--an
exciting new product, service, company, or division but aren’t sure what to name
and call it to insure it obtains the greatest visibility and highest profits
possible within its marketplace/s?
Or are you stuck with an under-performing business,
product, service, division? Something you know should be doing much better than it is?
In either case, you’ll want to carefully go through
this web site and see if one or more of the 100’s of Internet addresses
you’ll find here could be just the more impactful, more relevant, better
targeted, more effective . . . and memorable name and Internet address you really need for
either a bold new breakout . . . or (if your product, service, or company already
exists) to take things to a
whole new level of breakthrough success.
As explained above, there are very good reasons so
many companies pay so much to come up with the right names for their products,
services, Internet addresses—and even themselves (their company/business name). It’s often the
difference between success and failure for these astute companies.
With our full year buyback guarantee (see below),
what do you have to lose by giving it a try for yourself? If it doesn’t help
(which would be a real surprise), you get all your money back. I’ll take all
the risk for you to find out—not you.
But what if it works? What if sales and profits
explode because you were willing to give it a try?
How great would that be?
Future
Use Insurance
Not ready yet—for whatever reason—to put one or
more of these excellent Memorable Domains to work for you? Want to be sure that
when that time does come, you or your company will have the powerful Internet address
foundation you’ll need to help insure you’ll be successful? If so, then
it’s best if you lock up the .com/s you want now, while they’re
still available at today's modest and affordable prices. With the full year guaranteed buyback
that everyone and every company automatically receives on all of their DotCom investment/ purchases, your only
risk is that the Memorable Domain/s you really want most won’t be there when
you or your company needs it/them.
Why take that chance if you don’t have to?
Investment
Only Option
Though you’d be missing out on a profitable,
exciting adventure; if you or your company really and truly do not want to either have your own
Internet business (even part-time) or use the Internet to drive more customers/
clients to an existing online and/or offline business; may I suggest
joining our other astute, forward-thinking "I prefer to just invest"
clients who've also made one to five of these low-priced,
high-value Memorable Domains part of their long-term investment portfolio,
college and/or other fund/s?
It’s a great way to take advantage of the
Internet’s continuing meteoric growth combined with the wholesale pricing
available on these rare and valuable .com addresses (until they’re all gone).
With banks paying so little, the questionable stock market, and real estate
having now leveled off, it just makes sense. And why settle for merely owning
stock in other people’s Internet companies which are completely out of your control . . .
when with your own Memorable Domain/s you'll own valuable parts of the Internet 100%
all
for yourself. You'll be in control--not someone else. And yes, you’ll receive the same full one-year buy-back
guarantee everyone else receives on their Internet addresses. Even use the Easy Investment Plan for
up to three $10,000--$100,000 Memorable Domains if you’d like.
Who
Needs Your Assistance?
Do you have (a) son/s, daughter/s, grandchild/ren,
parent/s, or
other relative/s or friend/s who might by thrilled to have their own part-time or
full-time Internet business/investment? Perhaps someone looking for and/or
needing a new direction, a recent college grad, a homemaker, a single parent,
someone who needs to be able to work from home; or someone who’s been
“down-sized” or is otherwise unemployed? Does your firm work with and/or support one or more
non-profit organizations or groups? Could you go into business with
them—you put up the funds, they run it, and you share the profits; or they pay
you back from the profits? Or make a tax-deductible donation of a .com domain to
them? Why not let one of these Memorable Domains make this
happen for you—and for them?
Could there be a more thoughtful, considerate, and
valuable present than the gift of economic opportunity for those you and/or your
company care about
most?
Where
Do You Really Want to Live?
Do
you have a special city, town, or other dream destination you wished you lived
and/or worked in? Somewhere with less crime, traffic, pollution, and people? A wonderful place . . .
maybe on or near a beach . . . or up in the mountains . . . maybe where you grew
up? A place with a slower, more peaceful and enjoyable pace of life? Or would
living in a vibrant, bustling, big city--maybe somewhere new and exciting--be your choice? Fact is, depending on which Memorable
Domain you select (and therefore what online and/or offline products and/or services you
currently provide and/or would be providing); as
long as you’ve got phone, cable, or satellite access (and mail/delivery service when
applicable), you can live almost anywhere in the world you'd like. That’s because the Internet gives
you easy access to your customers no matter where they—or you—are.
So
where would you really like to live?
Because, with the Internet and a Memorable DotCom Domain as your foundation, that choice can now be yours . .
100's of Affordable Opportunities for You or Your Company to Choose From
As
you see in reviewing our many Internet addresses which follow, at this time we
have an amazingly wide and diverse range of Memorable Domains business, product,
service, and investment ideas and opportunities for you to choose from. Use at a
minimum the Google, Yahoo, and MSN search engines to help you get a feel for the
markets and opportunities each Domain provides by placing those Internet
addresses which interest
you in the various search engines to "see what’s out there.”
You'll want to conduct these searches both with and without quotation marks around the actual word or words (leaving out the .com); as well as with and without spaces between any two or more of the actual words (again; leaving out the .com). In this way, you’ll be able to view and obtain the widest range of thought-provoking product, service, and business insight and possibilities for each Domain.
Also note with each
individual search any advertisers who are also listed by the search engines in
the search results pages. This
will help give you a better understanding of that Memorable Domain’s potential
markets. Think, “what are these advertisers doing to build and profit from their businesses
that I could be doing to also build and profit from mine?” When applicable; you’ll also want
to conduct a product/s or service/s search at eBay to gather more product and
market information; as well as visit your area library (the librarians are
normally very helpful) and bookstore/s if additional research is desired and
advisable [but--especially with the one-year guaranteed buyback protection
you’ve got--just don’t wait too long before locking up the Memorable DotCom/s
you’ve got your eye on; odds are you’re not the only one considering
it/them].
Finally; complete the investigation of the domains you're interested in by actually viewing their associated "holding place" web sites (also referred to as landing pages; or simply, "landers") so you can take a look at the many interesting and enlightening ads/offers which are delivered/ displayed whenever anyone visits. Though the advertisers and their ads you'll find there--as well as their relevancy--do vary from time to time as they are "automationally" served, this is insightful and worthwhile additional information you'll want to know and have . . . and if you're interested in the products and services being offered, visiting the advertisers' web sites will provide further information about what (and how) they are--and you could be--providing.
As
you’ll soon discover, it’s a truly fascinating world out here on the
Internet . . . and the opportunities are virtually endless.
How
have these Memorable Domain prices been established? They are determined based on a
number of economic criteria; including size of national/international
market/potential market/s, value/s of the applicable product/s and/or service/s
being sold, sale/s repetition/frequency, recent .com sales, and relevancy of each Domain to the
product/s and/or service/s to be sold.
Given
their obvious value, many wonder why these high-value DotCom's are priced so low. The reason why
these unique and valuable Internet addresses are priced so reasonably is, frankly, because
I’ve made the conscious and purposeful business decision to work on a lower prices/higher volume business
model basis (call me the Wal Mart of Rolls Royce Domains). Though it would mean
much larger dollars per sale, I’ve decided not to spend the time identifying,
contacting, and negotiating with the many larger companies and venture capital
startups who are most likely--and wisely so--willing to pay full value for these Memorable Domains
in order for them to insure a strong, possibly controlling, position in the marketplace/s they're
targeting . . . something
you of course could take the time to do if you wanted to buy them here and resell them
to these bright, forward-thinking entities yourself.
The good news is that because I’ve chosen to work on a below wholesale pricing
business model, it won’t cost you or your company $5,000,000 . . . $1,000,000
. . . $500,000 . . . or even $250,000 for your own market-commanding, business-building,
customer-unforgettable, profit-generating, competition-terrifying Memorable DotCom Domain. In most cases,
in fact; depending of course on the Internet address/es chosen, your pay
just one time and it’s yours forever
investment is only about $15,000-$100,000; actually less than the cost of one
single car.
Note: Many of these domains are also available on a lease, lease-option, or lease-purchase basis. If any of these additional creative options interests you or your company, please contact my office so that we may discuss the available possibilities.
That’s
a great value no matter how you measure it.
The
rare Memorable Domain priced under $5,000 are sold at their listed
prices. For Internet addresses priced between $5,000-$250,000, because the prices
are negotiable (great news for you), the wholesale asking prices (and rock-bottom
minimum bids) have been established based on the criteria as explained above.
Subject to a higher, above-asking-price negotiated sale when multiple offers come in on the same
Memorable Domain at the same time, offers otherwise at or above the asking price
are automatically accepted upon receipt of payment at our Thousand Oaks office;
below. Therefore, rarely does anyone have to invest any more than the wholesale asking price
for the Internet address/es they really want (more
great news for you).
Offers may be submitted via E-mail, phone, Fax, or by mail (not advised due to the mailing time delay); anywhere between the minimum bid and the asking price for consideration and possible counter-offer/s. All Memorable Domain purchase/investments are exclusively via US check, cashier's check, money orders, or wire transfer.
The
“Actual Value” designation for each .com refers to an educated analysis of
what one or more large companies or VC-backed startups currently
serving/targeting (or desiring to do so) the applicable market/s to which the
Memorable Domain is directed to may be willing to pay; in particular under a
competitive environment, e.g. an auction. It is not a guarantee. In addition; in
order to keep these valuable Memorable Domains as affordable as possible to the
greatest number of our clients and friends; you’ll see that the asking prices
are rarely ever more than 50% of their conservative Actual Values; with all minimum
bids starting even lower still, rarely more than 50% of the Asking Prices.
Virtually
Free: Because
these Memorable .com Domains generate far superior interest, attention and more consistent sales and cash flows than junk
domains, you’ll quickly pay yourself back for making the wise decision to not
settle for a customer-forgotten, competition-thrilled, income-crippling, profit-killing junk domain
for your business/ product/ service/ division; and Internet address. That makes your Memorable Domain virtually free forever from
that point on. Almost as if you’d paid nothing for it. And when that
Memorable Domain brings you top dollar for your business/ division if you or your company
ever sells out some day; well, that
big bonus cash equity (which no junk domain would have ever given you) will
be all yours to do with as you please.
With
a Memorable DotCom Internet address . . .
If
you build it, they will come.
With their friends,
family, and referrals.
Over
and over and over again.
Forever.
While
no one can promise anyone any particular result or income, I’m so sure that
our high-impact, repeat-business, available-nowhere-else Memorable
Domains will work for you as they have and are for our many other thrilled
clients, we make this unheard of air-tight, iron-clad, unconditional promise and
guarantee to all our clients:
Go
ahead and make this wise investment now. Buy any one or more of our Memorable
DotCom Domains and see for yourself what a difference they make. Then you
decide. If at any time within the first year of your investment you decide you
no longer want to keep any one or more of them—for any
reason; or even for no reason at all—simply call, e-mail, or write to
us and we’ll promptly return all your money back to you (every single
penny)
upon the return of your Domain/s to us. You pay only what the registrar charges
to make the necessary Domain transfer back to us; generally no more than about
$30 or so per Domain.
Why
would I offer such an unheard of guarantee? It’s simple. I know from past
experience that once you see what they can do for you; including the difference
it/they will make in your financial and personal life; I’m betting I
couldn’t pry your Memorable Domain/s away from you with a crowbar.
We receive a lot of business based on referrals from our many satisfied clients (and now friends) and want to keep it that way. You’re thrilled with your Internet address investment or you don’t pay (no matter why you bought your Memorable Domain/s or why you want to return it/them). It’s as simple as that. It’s the right thing to do.
It’s the only way I do
business.
Frankly,
with both national and international Internet business continuing to expand at
an astounding rate, we won’t have any problem quickly reselling your returned
Domain/s to another company or individual—and at a higher price than you paid for
it/them.
If you’ve chosen the Easy Investment Plan, our one year unconditional
guarantee time period does of course start from when we’ve made your Domain/s
available for you to use; at the beginning of the one-year, zero-percent, no fee,
no cost financing term.
Tax-Saving Note: Don’t forget that business-use Domain
investment/purchases should be tax-deductible (of course, be sure to check with
your tax advisor if this matters to you).

To
your success,
Steve
P.S. Will you be using your Domain(s) for a new,
existing, or future online and/or offline business; or to name or rename a new
or existing product, service, or company? If so, please allow me to help you
accomplish your goals much quicker and far easier by referring you to a small
handful of individuals and their companies which are able—if you’ll let
them—to show you exactly how to create, build, and grow a new—or existing--high-profit
online and/or offline business.
They’re all real doers; not talkers. Like me, they
apply and follow their own advice in their own businesses. I use their
information and advice in
my businesses, and you should use it in yours. Yes, it’s true that success
leaves tracks. But so does failure. How can we tell the difference? These
experts will show you what you need to know, and which set of tracks to follow.
Also, it’s important to me that you know that I receive NO payments, fees, or income of any type or kind for recommending them. I share these contacts with you because it’s important information you need to know, have, and apply. They all really know their stuff. They’ve each already successfully guided 100’s to 1,000’s of others to success over the years, and they’re willing to do the same for you, too; if you'll let them.
You see, I really do want you and your
company/business to succeed, and
succeed big. Besides being the right and moral thing to do; it’s also
win-win. The more successful our clients are (because successful clients
refer us to others and often also invest in more of our Memorable Internet addresses), the more successful we
are:

Thanks to what you've now learned here--and with the help, advice, and guidance of the marketing specialists above--to be a big success on and/or using the Internet, it's important that you understand that you don't need any previous business experience. You don't have to give up your current job. You don't have to know anything about computers or the Internet. And no (like me); you don't even have to know how to build a web site.
What you do need is at least one of these Memorable DotComs to powerfully "plant your flag" both on the Internet and in the minds of your customers/clients . . . a willingness to learn . . . a modest financial investment . . . and a strong desire to succeed.
Last P.S. Hearing client/friend success stories is great!
Please be sure to e-mail me and let me know of yours. There’s nothing better
in business than knowing you’ve helped another to get on the road to
success--and to getting rich while there’s still time to enjoy it. Welcome to
the Internet!
Also, we’re all adults here and need to each take
responsibility for ourselves and our decisions; including our decisions in
business. Accordingly, though I am very confident you’ll be thrilled with your
dealings with each of the above companies and individuals (or you can be sure I
wouldn’t recommend them to you in the first place!), my firm and I are of
course not responsible for the products, services, or results you obtain from
any particular company or individual whose products and/or services you decide
to make use of and invest in. In business as in life, that is as it should be.
Finally; as good as Internet businesses are when done
right, no one—including me—can guarantee anyone any particular income from
their business; or any particular return on their Memorable DotCom Domain
investment/s. The only place for a guaranteed return is to keep your money in a
savings account.
Frankly, this opportunity--though golden for those who can and will do what's necessary--is not right for everyone. It may not be right for you. If you’re not willing or are unable to invest the time, effort, and financial resources necessary (even with a partner or investor) to create and build your own part- or full-time business—and this of course applies to any kind of business; Internet or not--a savings account really is the best place for your money. You shouldn't invest in any of these DotCom Domains (unless you're buying strictly for investment purposes). These powerful Internet addresses--and the world-wide Internet itself--is not something you should be involved in. Holding training manuals and CDs against the side of our heads waiting for money to fall from the sky; or putting up a web site and twiddling our fingers while patiently waiting for that gusher of money to somehow magically start flowing into our bank accounts, is not going to "get 'er done." Never has. Never will. In any kind of business.
You
see, even using the powerful world-wide Internet to get
rich slowly with these potent Memorable DotCom Domains is going to require a reasonable investment,
commitment, and effort on your part.
Especially in the initial start-up stage.
The great news is, it’s not that hard once you know
what you’re doing and things get going. The financial returns and many life
rewards your own successful Internet business/investment can bring you are so
very, very worth it. There’s nothing like the peace and contentment that comes
from a relaxed and care-free, stress-free life where any previous money or
financial concerns are but a distant
memory . . . of reaping the rewards of an expanding
investment portfolio . . . with plenty of time for family and friends . . .
including long, wonderful
vacations to exotic destinations . . . and of having the ability to help others less fortunate
than you are.
It really is a life worth living.
A life you deserve and can have.
A
life you're actually much closer to than you may realize.
If you’re ready to experience it for yourself and/or your company (regardless of its current size, revenue, or market/s served) there's just one question left for you to answer:
Which one or more of the following Memorable DotCom Domains would you like to take you there?

Easily replicate/improve on what the two-word SkiResorts.com; recently sold for $850,000; does for skiing only; but with a class and level of geographic and economic importance--Valleys--where not just millions/year partake in (skiing); but 100's of millions of people travel to, vacation in, and (something not even applicable to ski resorts) actually live in and call home.
The monetary value of all produced and provided products and services--and therefore Valleys.com's income and profit potential--between the world's 100's of ski resorts and its 100's of Valleys isn't even close. The economic spend and output of the world's Valleys is at least 500 times that of the world's ski resorts. In fact, just one Valley--California's San Fernando Valley--has an economic footprint greater than all the world's ski resorts combined.
Furthermore, this is a chance to snap up a one of a kind .com geo domain--representing the 100's of millions of both repeat visitors and full-time residents of the 100's of Valleys of the world . . . for only about what one one million+ population US city .com domain sells for. A premium domain to service just 1 million people . . . or 100 million . . . for the same price. Which do you think is the best value?
